Lawcalc calculates personal injury damages in seconds including

One of the really powerful features of Lawcalc is the ability to create multiple scenarios, so that you can quickly quantify the effect of every argument.
We have built the relevant legislation into the calculations so that the correct discount rate, average weekly earnings and tax rates are applied. A list of the legislation is included on our legislation page.
We have however disabled the limits to economic loss earnings where the loss or probable earnings is limited to an amount (such as 3 times average weekly earnings) because the interpreption of those sections is currently subject to clarification. The issue at argument is probable earnings limited to 3 times average weekly earnings or is the loss limited to 3 times average weekly earnings.
