You enter gross earnings into Lawcalc as we have loaded the tax tables from 1983 to 2011 into Lawcalc. Lawcalc does all the tax calculations for you.

The discount rate is determined by the type and date of the accident. For example: NSW Motor Vehicles uses the 5% discount rate, whilst Victorian TAC uses 6%.
